Please i need help really badly. I recently bought an interface which came
with Cubase AI4 though the playback is stuttering and the metronome is
broken up, in other words its not running smoothly. How do i fix this? Btw
the spec on my pc is more than enough to cope with cubase as it has 8 GB of
RAM.

make sure the program is set to the type of box you have in the device
settings i think… one of those settings tho

@05insomnium increase the preload amount, you will have more latency, but
will run smoother. In “devices” , then “vst audiobay”, select your
interface, named “x” (i dont know how your interface is named, so i call it
“x”), then just below vst audiobay, there will be your “x” interface name,
select it and press on “control panel”, then it depends on the interface
options, try to increase the latency, or increase the samples, as i said,
it depends. I hope it works for you,if not,ill send u a video
