Yes, it is very true that by taking away you create the space needed to create. This is what all great teachers teach. Go within and bring out your true self. Remember to not judge what you write. After all in the world of creation, there is no judgment. There is only matter and no matter. Meaning there is only a creation or no creation. This tool can be used for the greater good. Creation is the way of the Universe. Also once you are done the process of creating then you can go ahead and edit as you say. We have the experience and then comes the reflection on that experience.

I think what you say is true. for my experience (I’m not a professionist) what’s wonderful in making music is to be free, to let things go out. music creation, like every form of art, is all about emotions and vibrations, not about brain and mind… that’s what can make your art different, unique and interesting for other people
