It’s not that it’s bad all the way around but if someone doesn’t appear to
have any boundaries (and you’re not paying them to be a 24/7 person) then I
would worry about other areas where they will get burnt out or not have
clear boundaries. So, that’s my only worry there.

Why would someone being available 24 hours a day be a bad thing?
